The Sukoharjo Police organized a joint exercise activity after the morning roll call in the local headquarters courtyard. This agenda aims to maintain physical fitness and ensure the physical readiness of personnel in providing excellent service to the community.

The activity, which took place with great enthusiasm, was led by the Head of Logistics (Kabag Log) of the Sukoharjo Police, Police Commissioner (Kompol) Thourakhman. A total of 108 personnel, consisting of Main Officers (PJU), officers, brigadiers, Police Civil Servants (ASN), and representatives from all sectoral police stations (polsek) actively participated in the physical conditioning.

In his briefing, Kompol Thourakhman reminded all members to always be grateful for the gift of health to support the smooth running of their duties. He emphasized that physical fitness is a crucial asset, especially for field personnel such as the Community Police Officers (Bhabinkamtibmas) who have high intensity in interacting directly with residents.

According to him, maintaining physical condition through regular exercise is mandatory so that the execution of duties remains optimal for those who monitor community dynamics every day. This health investment is considered inexpensive compared to the impact of declining productivity due to a decline in physical condition.

In addition, he also highlighted the importance of awareness in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in line with the service period policy of police members. With a fit body, every personnel is expected to remain productive and capable of consistently providing the best service.

After the roll call session, all personnel participated in warm-ups and joint gymnastics guided by the Head of Career Development (Kasubbag Binkar) of the Sukoharjo Police, Police Assistant Commissioner (AKP) Anthonius Mata. This routine program is expected to produce police human resources who are physically healthy, professional, and ready to protect the community precisely.
