The Tangerang City Government, through the Jatiuwung Community Health Center, is intensifying health protection for young children by organizing the School-Age Child Immunization Month (BIAS) combined with Free Health Checks (CKG). This proactive outreach program targets 25 elementary schools, including public, private, and Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/MI), across the Jatiuwung District.

One implementation of this program took place at SDN Keroncong Mas Permai 1, Keroncong Village, Jatiuwung District. During the event, medical personnel not only administered mandatory immunization shots but also conducted comprehensive health screenings for students from grades 1 to 6 to detect potential childhood growth and development issues early on.

This preventive measure is expected to optimize the immunity of elementary school children against various infectious diseases and monitor their health quality sustainably. The Jatiuwung Health Center is committed to continuing its outreach to all primary education institutions within its working area to ensure children's health rights are met equitably.
