The National Political Publishing House of Vietnam recently held a mid-year performance review in Hanoi on July 10. During the meeting, the institution reported significant achievements in the editing and publishing sector during the first six months of 2026, remaining aligned with the state's political guidelines and the educational needs of cadres and the general public.
As of mid-year, a total of 308 manuscripts have been successfully published. This figure includes 263 print books with a total distribution of over 5 million copies, as well as an increased digital penetration through the publication of 108 electronic and audiobook titles. This step represents a proactive response from the publisher to keep pace with changing times and information technology demands.
Strategically, the institution also plays a key role in documenting major party and state agendas. These include compiling documents for the 14th National Party Congress, materials for Central Committee Plenums, as well as various supporting publications for the upcoming election of National Assembly members for the 2026–2031 tenure. These works serve not only as ideological information tools but also as scientific references for readers both domestically and internationally.
Looking ahead to the remainder of 2026, the National Political Publishing House is committed to accelerating comprehensive digital transformation. This effort focuses on strengthening digital platforms, developing multimedia content, and establishing close collaborations with research institutions and universities. This transformation aims to ensure that editing and distribution processes run more efficiently while remaining relevant to the digital lifestyle of modern readers.
In addition to technological innovation, the institution continues to prioritize improving human resource quality with high professional qualifications.
