President of the United States, Donald Trump, has finally spoken out regarding the significant surge in profits obtained by his company from the crypto asset sector. Amid reports indicating revenue reached US$1.4 billion throughout 2025 through business entities related to crypto and memecoins, Trump asserted that there were no law violations in these transactions.
In an exclusive interview at the White House, Trump gave a rather pragmatic response when asked about how far his involvement went in his family's crypto operations. Although acknowledging that the company falls under his family business umbrella, he stated he does not have in-depth knowledge of the technical details of the digital asset holdings.
It should be noted that since taking office, Trump has handed over all managerial control of his business to his two eldest sons. This step was taken to ensure the separation of roles between state duties and private business interests. Regarding questions about whether he knew about the crypto venture, he answered diplomatically that he might have known about it, but did not follow its specific developments.
This statement comes following financial disclosure reports that recorded massive profits from the digital asset sector. Although the transparency of these assets has been in the public spotlight, Trump's side maintains that all business activities carried out by his family company have complied with the legal framework in force in the United States.
