In an effort to improve public health standards in his jurisdiction, Kebonagung Village Community Police Officer (Bhabinkamtibmas), Aipda Purnawan, participated in overseeing the Primary Care Integration Integrated Health Post (Posyandu ILP) and Integrated Health Monitoring Post (Posbindu) activities. The event, which took place on Wednesday (8/7/2026), was centered at the residence of the Head of Wates Hamlet, Mejayan Sub-district, Madiun Regency.
The presence of the National Police officer among the community aims to provide a sense of security while supporting the smooth delivery of medical services. Aipda Purnawan emphasized that his role as an escort reflects the police's commitment to protecting and facilitating the basic needs of the community, including access to quality healthcare services.
The health examination process was led directly by the village midwife alongside a medical team from the Klecorejo Community Health Center (Puskesmas), assisted by local health cadres. The scope of services provided was quite comprehensive, ranging from monitoring toddler growth and development, health checks for pregnant women, to health screenings for the elderly and productive age group (17 to 60 years old).
In addition to standard procedures such as weight checks, height measurements, and blood pressure checks, residents also received health consultation services and nutritional food supplements. This cross-sector synergy among the police, healthcare workers, and village government is expected to create more inclusive and sustainable access to healthcare services for all elements of society in Kebonagung Village.
