Through its latest work program, the local government is holding the prestigious Badung Regent's Cup tournament, which will feature 40 championships from various sports branches. This event is expected to recruit potential young athletes from across the Badung region.
Official information released by the Protocol and Leader Communications Section (Prokompim) of the Badung Regency Secretariat states that the implementation of this sports activity is centered in the Government Center (Puspem) area of Badung Regency, Sempidi, Mengwi. This regional-scale agenda is designed not only as a competition venue but also as a means of sustainably evaluating local athlete development.
Through the organization of these 40 sports branches, the Badung Regency Government hopes to strengthen sportsmanship among athletes while encouraging a healthy lifestyle for the community.
