ASUS Indonesia has officially expanded its commercial device portfolio by introducing the ASUS ExpertBook PM5 G2 (PM5406) series. This laptop is specifically designed to meet the demands of modern hybrid work styles that require high efficiency, strict data security, and powerful artificial intelligence (AI) processing capabilities for professionals, SMBs, and corporations.

As the performance hub, this device adopts a smart chip architecture from AMD. For the Indonesian market, ASUS offers the AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 470 variant for the corporate segment and the AMD Ryzen™ AI 7 445 for the general commercial market. The presence of an NPU with capabilities up to 55 TOPS allows the device to run AI workloads more efficiently without sacrificing CPU or GPU performance.

Eric Khoven, Commercial Director of ASUS Indonesia, stated that the integration of AI technology in this series is an answer to the increasingly competitive business world. In addition to the Copilot+ PC feature support on the Windows 11 operating system, this laptop is also equipped with an exclusive smart assistant, ASUS MyExpert, designed to automate the user's operational workflow.

In terms of design, the ExpertBook PM5 G2 offers maximum portability with a weight starting from 1.27 kg. Despite its slim body, this device has passed the US military-grade durability test MIL-STD-810H, making it capable of withstanding light impacts and water spills. Users are also given the flexibility to upgrade memory, making this laptop a long-term investment for companies.

The 14-inch display features a 16:10 aspect ratio, providing a wider field of view to support productivity. Battery life is also an added value, with a 70Wh capacity claimed to last up to 22.5 hours of casual use, supported by a fast-charging feature capable of charging the battery up to 65% in less than an hour.
