The Bogor City Branch of BPJS Kesehatan is increasingly active in educating the public about the Gradual Payment Plan (REHAB) Program. This initiative is presented as a solution for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants who face difficulties paying off their premium arrears all at once, ensuring their membership status remains active.

The Head of the Bogor City Branch of BPJS Kesehatan, Jayadi, emphasized that his institution's primary commitment is to guarantee inclusive access to healthcare services for all residents. This focus includes strict supervision of the effectiveness of hospital services, particularly in reducing queue times for vulnerable groups such as the elderly to prevent any denial of medical services.

Through the development of the REHAB 3.0 system, participants are now given greater flexibility in determining their installment payment patterns, whether on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This convenience is designed to align with each participant's financial capacity, which is expected to reduce arrears while restoring the active status of JKN membership cards.

In addition to administrative convenience, BPJS Kesehatan is also strengthening synergy with the local government and mass media to expand the reach of information. This step is crucial to ensure that the public understands the rights and procedures available in the current health insurance system.

Furthermore, Jayadi added that quality control in healthcare facilities remains a top priority. His team continues to monitor that every JKN participant receives a fast and responsive standard of service, to maintain public trust in the sustainability of the national health program in the Bogor region.
