Police officers from the Silat Hulu Sector Police (Polsek), Kapuas Hulu Regency Police (Polres), were deployed to secure a public entertainment event held in Dangkan Kota Village, Silat Hulu District, on Saturday (4/7/2026) night. The presence of the officers aimed to anticipate potential security disruptions and manage traffic around the event location, which was packed with visitors.
The team tasked with security consisted of Aiptu Tugur P., Aiptu Mora Darma Sinaga, Bripka Derry Wardi, and Briptu Imanuel. Before the event began, Aiptu Mora Darma Sinaga took the initiative to directly advise residents on the importance of maintaining order and staying alert to traffic congestion resulting from the crowd's enthusiasm.
“Let us work together to ensure this event runs smoothly until the end, so that everyone can enjoy this entertainment in peace,” said Aiptu Mora Darma Sinaga to the audience.
The Chief of Kapuas Hulu Police, AKBP Roberto Apriyanto Uda, S.I.K., M.H., through the Chief of Silat Hulu Police, AKP Jaspian, emphasized that his institution is fully committed to providing protection during any public activities involving large crowd gatherings.
According to AKP Jaspian, the presence of police officers in the field is a concrete effort to ensure a conducive environment. He hopes that through these preventive measures, the community can carry out their activities peacefully and feel protected by the presence of law enforcement officers during public events.
