Sad news shrouds the country's entertainment industry after senior comedian and actor Simson Rarameha Ngadang, familiarly known as Temon, breathed his last on Sunday (12/7/2026). The news of the passing of the figure widely known for his stage acts has been confirmed by management.
Novi, a management representative, revealed that the cause of Temon's death was highly suspected to be a heart attack. In addition, the deceased was known to have a history of hypertension that he had suffered from for a long time. The funeral procession is planned to be held on Monday (13/7/2026) at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta.
A deep sense of loss is felt by many, especially his close friend, Abdel Achrian. The two are Indonesian comedy icons who built a friendship for over 30 years, since pioneering their careers as radio announcers in the 90s. Their peak popularity was achieved through the legendary sitcom "Abdel dan Temon Bukan Superstar" back in 2008.
