PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk (GPSO) has officially secured fresh capital of IDR 28.46 billion after completing a corporate action of Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) or a private placement. These funds are projected to become a main pillar for the company in realizing a more massive business expansion agenda following the change in the controlling shareholding structure.

In this corporate action, the company issued 66.67 million new shares at an execution price of IDR 427 per share. All of these shares were fully absorbed by PT PIMSF Pulogadung, which has now officially become the company's controlling shareholder affiliated with the Tjokro Group network. This agreement previously received shareholder approval during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in June 2026.

President Director of GPSO, Dionysius Tjokro, revealed that PIMSF's presence brings a breath of fresh air to the company's business transformation. As a strategic step, GPSO is diversifying its business lines by adding Indonesian Standard Industrial Classifications (KBLI), which include management consulting, wholesale trade of office machinery, and the real estate sector. This move is designed to further integrate GPSO's business direction with the Tjokro Group ecosystem.

Despite diversifying, management assured that the company's core business remains operational. The focus on wholesale trade of machinery, survey equipment, and land mapping will continue to be maintained as part of the primary portfolio. Meanwhile, the addition of KBLI in the real estate sector is aimed at supporting plans to acquire assets owned by PT JIC worth IDR 78 billion, which is projected to boost the company's recurring income.

Entering the second half of 2026, the company is currently focusing on finalizing post-acquisition administrative and operational adjustments. Management optimism is growing that this integration will bear fruit soon, with projected increases in profit and revenue starting to show in upcoming quarters along with the effectiveness of the newly injected capital.
