The dominance of global crypto asset exchanges among Indonesian traders is now a strategic challenge for domestic industry players. The phenomenon of many local investors preferring to transact through foreign platforms forces domestic crypto companies to formulate new strategies to win market trust.
Chief Strategy Officer of BTSE Indonesia, Stephanie Kusnadi, admitted that traders' preference for foreign platforms is a significant task. Nevertheless, the company is committed to reorienting in order to bring user interest back to platforms that have official legality and licenses in the country.
As a concrete step, BTSE Indonesia plans to strengthen the ecosystem through more competitive product offerings and intensified market education. The main focus is to prove that domestic platforms are not only able to compete in terms of features, but also provide better security and legal certainty for national crypto investors.
