The Indonesian Community Recreational Sports Committee (KORMI) of South Kalimantan held an Extraordinary Provincial Conference (Musprovlub) at Grand Maya, Banjarbaru, on Saturday (11/7/2026). This meeting serves as a strategic step for the organization to conduct evaluations while determining future policy directions.
The event was officially opened by the Governor of South Kalimantan, represented by the Head of the South Kalimantan Youth and Sports Agency (Dispora), Pebriadin Hapiz. In his remarks, Pebriadin emphasized the importance of this forum as a platform for consolidation among all recreational sports stakeholders in the region.
Pebriadin expressed hope that through this conference, KORMI South Kalimantan can build a more solid leadership and work program. Strong synergy among members is seen as the key to increasing community participation and advancing recreational sports so they can thrive and gain widespread recognition across Banua.
