The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang continues to strive to improve the quality of medical services for the community. The latest step is realized by introducing modern laser and stapler-based medical technologies, specifically designed to treat patients suffering from hemorrhoids.
This new technology is designed to minimize pain and reduce the risk of post-procedure bleeding. The Head of Information and Development Department of RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno, Toni Sunarno, explained that this method offers a much faster recovery process compared to conventional surgical procedures.
According to Toni, time efficiency is one of the main advantages of this service. Patients only require a short hospitalization period; admitted for preparation one day before the procedure, undergoing surgery the next day, and allowed to go home on the following day.
This modern hemorrhoid treatment method has been officially in operation since early July 2026. Up to the middle of this month, the hospital recorded that three patients have successfully undergone the procedure with an excellent and satisfying rate of recovery.
RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang ensures that this advanced health service is accessible to all segments of the wider community. Patients who are participants of the national health insurance or BPJS Kesehatan can also utilize this painless hemorrhoid treatment facility.
