Police officers from the Pupuan Police Sector ensured the smooth and secure running of a public entertainment event held at the Pujungan Village Public Field, Pupuan District, on Sunday night (5/7/2026). The presence of Bhabinkamtibmas (community policing) personnel amidst the crowd served as a preventive measure to anticipate potential disturbances to public order and security (kamtibmas).
Aiptu I Kadek Aditya, acting as the Bhabinkamtibmas of Pujungan Village, directly led the security operations. In practice, he collaborated with the TNI (Indonesian National Armed Forces) through the Babinsa (village supervisory non-commissioned officers) and the village security unit (Bankamda). This cross-sectoral collaboration was carried out to ensure that the entire series of events organized by Group Happy Bali proceeded orderly and without obstacles.
In addition to securing the surrounding area, officers on the ground actively urged residents to maintain order throughout the event. This step is a realization of the Indonesian National Police's (Polri) commitment to always be present as a protector and guardian, so that the public can enjoy the entertainment with peace of mind.
Pupuan Police Chief, AKP I Nengah Simpen, S.H., M.H., representing Tabanan Police Chief AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati, S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that his side will continue to optimize patrols and supervision for all community activities. By the time the event ended at 22:30 Wita (Central Indonesian Time), the situation in the Pujungan Village area was reported to be safe, smooth, and conducive.
