PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) has officially taken a strategic step to strengthen the capital structure of three of its subsidiary entities. This effort serves as a catalyst to support the accelerated development of various strategic projects and enhance the company's operational capacity in the long term.

According to gathered information, the capital injection was allocated to PT Industri Pameran Nusantara with a focus on increasing issued and paid-up capital. Additionally, a similar step was taken for PT Samudra Mega Utama through an increase in authorized, issued, and paid-up capital. Previously, the company had also provided capital support to PT Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik.

In total, the accumulated funds disbursed by the issuer with stock code CBDK reached IDR 209.55 billion. This capital expansion move is expected to act as a stimulus for the company's performance growth, given that the business diversification carried out by the subsidiaries serves as an essential pillar for CBDK's future business sustainability.
