PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (PRDL) has officially entered a new chapter as a public company following its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Thursday (9/7/2026). Through this corporate action, the company set its offering price at IDR 120 per share, with the potential to raise IDR 62.7 billion in fresh capital.

President Director of Prodia Diagnostic Line, Cristina Sandjaja, explained that the proceeds will be focused on strengthening the financial structure and funding aggressive business expansion. The company plans to launch a series of innovative diagnostic medical device products that have not yet been available in the Indonesian market to meet the growing domestic medical needs.

The company's optimism is supported by the government's substantial health budget allocation for 2026, which reached IDR 244 trillion. With the national health program targeting up to 140 million residents, PRDL believes that demand for quality diagnostic tools will continue to rise, opening up golden opportunities for the company, which has been active in this sector for more than 14 years.

For reference, PRDL currently serves more than 7,600 customers, including thousands of community health centers (Puskesmas), hundreds of hospitals, and various government health agencies across all regencies and cities in Indonesia. This track record is bolstered by an impressive financial performance throughout 2025, where the company recorded a revenue of IDR 74.4 billion, growing 27 percent year-on-year, while net profit jumped significantly by 70.7 percent to IDR 16.9 billion.

Looking to the future, the company's management remains committed to maintaining sustainable growth momentum. Cristina emphasized that the company's future target is to maintain a double-digit growth trend, in terms of both revenue and net profit, along with strengthening the company's position in the national medical device ecosystem.
