Mohammad Arif Rachmat Gobel has emerged as a central figure projected to continue the legacy of the business empire.

Arif's career journey within the family business environment began in a measured way. He started his career with an internship program at Nomura Research Institute in 2019, before directly diving into company operations. Since joining Panasonic Gobel Indonesia as a supervisor in 2020, his operational management skills were continuously tested until he was trusted with a managerial position in 2023.

Arif's leadership transformation became even clearer when he was appointed Director of Gobel Group in early 2024. His dedication extended to the logistics sector through his appointment as Director of Operations at PT Gotrans Logistics International in September 2024. Culminating in January 2025, he officially assumed responsibility as Director at Panasonic Gobel Indonesia, marking his role as the third generation holding strategic control.
