PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) marked a new chapter in the company's history by officially launching its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday (10/7/2026). The company, led by Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, successfully raised IDR 429.25 billion after releasing 2.525 billion new shares to the public at a price of IDR 170 per share.

Investor enthusiasm for the corporation was high, as evidenced by the oversubscribed status during the offering period, involving nearly one million subscribers. On the first day of trading, RANS shares posted a positive performance, reflecting market confidence in the business ecosystem of the company, which originated as a digital content channel.

RANS has mapped out the allocation of the IPO proceeds to strengthen its business fundamentals. A total of IDR 161.5 billion is allocated for organizing large-scale concerts, while IDR 85 billion will be used to acquire a majority stake in PT Rans Kosmetika Indonesia. The company is also targeting the lifestyle and technology sectors by funding the construction of the Cipungland theme park with IDR 80 billion and investing IDR 35 billion in artificial intelligence technology.

RANS President Director, Nagita Slavina, emphasized that this step represents the company's transformation from a mere content creator into a professional intellectual property (IP) management business entity. She is optimistic that Indonesia's creative industry has sustainable economic potential if managed with disciplined and transparent corporate standards.

Raffi Ahmad added that becoming a public company represents a new commitment for RANS to improve public accountability. With an ecosystem that now includes collaborations with over 300 brands, RANS hopes its presence on the exchange will serve as a positive catalyst for the growth of the creative economy in the country and open up opportunities for local creators to scale up to the level of public companies.
