PT Bank Jago Tbk has officially introduced an innovative feature titled 'Credit Report' (Rapor Kredit) as part of the company's strategic efforts to support its customers' financial health. This feature is specifically designed to offer transparency and deep education regarding borrowers' loan conditions, both within the Bank Jago ecosystem and at other financial institutions.
Head of Sustainability & Digital Lending at Bank Jago, Andy Djiwandono, explained that the development of this feature was driven by internal research findings over the past two years. The findings revealed a lingering gap in customer understanding regarding the importance of monitoring credit history, which previously could be accessed via OJK's iDebku SLIK. The arrival of Credit Report now removes those access barriers directly within the mobile app.
Through this feature, customers can monitor their collectibility status (KOL) and loan facility details comprehensively. Beyond presenting data, the system also provides actionable guidance and strategic recommendations for borrowers to maintain a healthy financial track record. This move is seen as aligned with Bank Jago's vision of implementing responsible financing concepts.
Data from the 2025 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) released by the OJK highlighted significant challenges in financial literacy, particularly in fintech lending and microfinance institutions. By integrating SLIK OJK data into the app, Bank Jago hopes to act as a catalyst for customers to make wiser credit decisions tailored to their personal financial capacities.
