The North Sumatra Fair (PRSU) enters its golden age in 2026 by presenting a new, more modern, and aesthetic face. Located in the Tapian Daya area, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Medan, this 50th event now comes with a more organized, interactive, and friendly area management for family visitors and communities alike.
This transformation received positive appreciation from visitors. The more attractive layout of regional pavilions, clean culinary areas, and the provision of various contemporary photo spots are the main attractions that distinguish this year's PRSU from previous editions. People from various regions in North Sumatra now make this event their primary destination for weekend getaways.
In addition to visual aspects, the 50th PRSU strengthens its position as a hub for economic promotion and cultural education through exhibitions of MSME flagship products and the potential of various districts/cities. The committee's efforts to improve the comfort of the venue have proven successful in increasing the enthusiasm of residents who want to enjoy both the exhibition and entertainment in one place.
The peak of the event's excitement lies in the entertainment stage featuring a lineup of national musicians. A number of big names such as the band RIF, Maliq D'Essentials, Happy Asmara, and Kangen Band are scheduled to perform alternately to entertain visitors until the closing day on August 2, 2026.
For members of the public wishing to visit, the committee has set the non-concert admission ticket price at IDR 35,000, while access to the concert on the main stage is priced at IDR 75,000. Under the theme "Golden Harmony", the 50th PRSU is committed to being an inclusive space for all walks of life to celebrate the cultural richness of North Sumatra with a new standard of comfort.
