The second day of BRI Jazz Gunung Bromo 2026, held at the Jiwa Jawa Amphitheater on Saturday (25/7/2026), offered a magical atmosphere for music lovers. Although the cold Bromo mountain air began to bite in the late afternoon, the audience's enthusiasm did not wane to witness the harmonious performances of cross-generational musicians who put on an attractive show.
The music group Little Fingers opened the afternoon stage with an energetic performance that instantly melted the cold weather. The neat rhythm beats successfully immersed the audience in the atmosphere. Afterwards, it was the turn of Kevin Yosua BIG 6 collaborating with vocalist Nesia Ardi, who performed new arrangements of legendary works by Ismail Marzuki, such as "Sabda Alam" and "Halo Halo Bandung," wrapped in captivating modern jazz.
As the sun began to set, the musical group ALI rocked the stage with their signature style of few words but rich distortion. Wearing all-black outfits, they played a series of instrumental tracks with a Middle Eastern funk vibe, such as "Pulse", "Orient", and their hit song "Habibi", which successfully got the crowd dancing along.
After the evening break, the stage heated up again with an international collaboration through the Simone Prattico Java Collective project. The performance of the Italian drummer alongside Sri Hanuraga and Kevin Yosua offered a tight and powerful melodic interaction. The silence of the Bromo night was then filled by the serene performance of the French duo, Watchdog, who delivered soothing music using only a clarinet and the tinkling of a piano.
As the event's climax, Indonesian jazz legend Indra Lesmana took the stage with the LLW project to perform the song "Reborn". This closing performance was made even more festive thanks to a collaboration with rapper KY, the powerful vocals of Teza Sumendra, and the sweet vocal character of Eva Celia. The excitement of the concert was finally closed interactively with the legendary song "Ekspresi," prompting the audience to sing along and break the coldness of the night.
