The Executive Board of HIPMI South Jakarta (BPC HIPMI Jaksel) officially launched its latest initiative entitled 'Money Trees'. This program is designed not merely as a conventional seminar forum, but as an intimate, exclusive discussion space for young entrepreneurs to delve deep into credible and sustainable business development.

In the inaugural edition themed 'Roots: Grow Without Fear', General Chairman of BPC HIPMI South Jakarta, Zaki Adinda Husna, emphasized that the philosophy of roots is highly relevant to corporate growth. According to him, the long-term success of a young entrepreneur is not only determined by the courage to seize opportunities, but also by the strength of the foundation, including legality, financial discipline, and transparent corporate governance.

The program brought together top business figures as mentors, including CIO of Danantara, Pandu Sjahrir, and Commissioner of Suri Nusantara Jaya Group, Datuk Shafie Shamsuddin. The speakers provided insights into the importance of financial literacy, cash flow management, and technological adaptation such as artificial intelligence in maintaining business performance amid increasingly competitive market dynamics.

Unlike general forums, Money Trees implemented a strict curation system for the 70 attending participants. This was done to ensure that each discussion session was in-depth and high quality, allowing young entrepreneurs to gain practical understanding of how to become professional strategic partners for both the government and the private sector.

Zaki added that moving forward, Money Trees will be an ongoing agenda expected to shape a learning ecosystem for the next generation of entrepreneurs. By strengthening business 'roots' early on, he is optimistic that young Indonesian entrepreneurs will be more resilient and ready to make a significant contribution to national economic stability and growth.
