The award ceremony, held at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta on Thursday (2/7/2026), honored PWON following a rigorous evaluation process by independent judges comprising leading economic experts, such as Raden Pardede, Eduardus Tandelilin, and Lana Soelistianingsih. PWON's performance was deemed superior compared to its competitors throughout the 2023 to 2025 period.
Financially, PWON demonstrated an impressive growth trajectory. The issuer's revenue continued to climb, from IDR 6.2 trillion in 2023 to IDR 6.67 trillion in 2024. This positive trend continued into 2025, with revenue reaching IDR 7.11 trillion, driven by the expansion of integrated residential areas and the stability of commercial asset occupancy, such as shopping centers and offices.
