Welcoming the Friendly School Orientation Period (MPLS) 2026, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) is committed to ensuring optimal physical health for all new students at the elementary, junior high, and senior high/vocational school levels. This free health screening program serves as a preventive measure to monitor nutritional status, sensory function, and general health of students before starting learning activities.
The medical examination is carried out collaboratively between schools and local health facilities, such as community health centers (puskesmas). As part of public service digitalization, students are required to register and complete a health questionnaire via the SATUSEHAT Mobile (SSM) platform before the examination schedule set by their respective schools.
To join this program, parents or guardians need to download the SATUSEHAT application on their mobile devices and log in to their accounts. The next step is accessing the 'Linked Profile' menu to register the child's data, then selecting the 'Examination Ticket' option. Be sure to select the 'Student' category and complete school details, education level, and supporting data such as BPJS Health number and blood type.
Once the data is saved and the consent form is agreed upon, students must immediately complete the questionnaire under the 'Fill Screening' menu. The school will later verify the submitted data before the direct health examination takes place on school grounds during the MPLS 2026 activities.
