PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) has recorded significant progress in its corporate transformation agenda by completing the simplification of 10 subsidiary entities during the first semester of 2026. This strategic step is a concrete manifestation of the company's support for the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) business streamlining agenda initiated by Danantara Asset Management and the SOE Regulatory Body.

This restructuring is a core part of the 'TLKM 30' initiative, which focuses on portfolio restructuring through business line optimization, the elimination of operational overlaps, and the divestment of business units that are no longer a main focus (non-core). Through this effort, Telkom hopes to increase capital expenditure efficiency and redirect resources more maximally toward the development of the national telecommunications sector and digital ecosystem.

Under the new business model implemented, Telkom is transforming from an *Operating Holding* to a *Strategic Holding* with a *HoldCo-OpCo* structure. As a *HoldCo*, Telkom will focus on portfolio management, strengthening governance, and creating synergies between segments. Meanwhile, operational activities will be specifically run by the *Operating Company* (OpCo), which is divided into B2C, B2B infrastructure, B2B ICT, and international business segments.

Telkom's Director of *Strategic Business Development & Portfolio*, Seno Soemadji, emphasized that this policy was adopted to build a more nimble (*agile*) organization in responding to the dynamics of the digital industry. "We dare to reorganize so we can focus on our core strengths. A streamlined structure provides a strong foundation to create higher quality and sustainable business growth," said Seno.

As of late June 2026, the streamlining was realized through three corporate schemes: the divestment of two entities via a *Sale and Purchase Agreement*, the vertical merger (*merger*) of two entities to strengthen capabilities, and the liquidation of six other entities. The entire process was ensured to run transparently, adhering to the principles of *Good Corporate Governance* and in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.

In addition to structural reorganization, Telkom is committed to conducting human resource transition in a responsible manner. The company provides an *Early Retirement Program* (ERP) scheme for affected employees at the OpCo level, which is carried out entirely voluntarily and based on mutual agreement, to ensure an adaptive and productive working environment in the future.
