A total of 32,000 officials and civil servants working in the propaganda and mass mobilization sector across Vietnam simultaneously attended a large-scale national conference. The event, held in a hybrid format, connected nearly 3,000 locations ranging from the central level down to communes and wards.

Attending the opening of the conference were high-ranking leaders of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, including Pham Tat Thang and Tran Thanh Lam, as well as representatives from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. This event serves as a crucial momentum to align understanding and update Party policies amidst increasingly complex national development demands.

In his directive, Pham Tat Thang emphasized the importance of this conference as a foundation for implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. According to him, the synergy between theory and practice in the field is the key to enhancing the capacity of officials to face the evolving dynamics of both national and international situations.

All participants were encouraged to follow the training series with high dedication and to actively share practical experiences from their respective work units. The materials presented by experts and scientists were specifically designed to be relevant to current issues, enabling effective application to support political stability and sustainable development.

On the other hand, the agenda of strengthening international relations also remains a strategic focus for the country. Alongside this event, a United States military delegation under the command of Lieutenant General Joel Vowell paid a courtesy call to the Quang Tri Province Military Command, reaffirming the commitment to the strategic partnership between the two countries within the framework of regional cooperation.
