An issuer operating in the automotive and its supporting services sector, PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (ASLC), has officially expanded its business by establishing a new subsidiary. The entity, named PT Autopedia Sukses Lelang Indonesia (ASLI), was established to strengthen the company's penetration in the national auction service industry.

The establishment of PT ASLI was carried out in collaboration with an affiliated party, PT Adi Sarana Investindo (ASI). This corporate action was legally formalized through Deed of Establishment No. 19 dated June 25, 2026, and received approval from the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia in early July 2026. The capital structure of this new entity is set at IDR 10 billion, with ASLC holding full control with a 99.999 percent stake.

CFO of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk, Armeza Umar, explained that the formation of this business unit is a strategic step to maximize operational performance and create added value for the company in the future. Despite involving an affiliated transaction, the management ensured that the establishment of PT ASLI complied with good corporate governance regulations and does not fall under the category of material transactions requiring special shareholder approval.

ASLC management is optimistic that the presence of PT ASLI will drive new growth for the company's portfolio. However, the company emphasized that this corporate action does not have a significant immediate impact on the company's financial position or profitability, but is projected to make a sustained positive contribution through future auction business operations.
