BPJS Kesehatan has officially launched the Layanan Ujung Negeri (Lanuri) program simultaneously in 558 regencies and cities across Indonesia. This strategic initiative is designed to eliminate geographic barriers that have historically hindered people in disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions from accessing the National Health Insurance (JKN).

President Director of BPJS Kesehatan, Prihati Pujowaskito, explained that Lanuri is an optimization of non-digital services for residents facing technological infrastructure constraints. The program is implemented through two main methods: mobilizing BPJS Keliling (mobile units) at 179 locations and providing Virtual Office Information and Administration Services (Viola) at another 379 locations.

Through these services, citizens in remote parts of the country can now more freely manage membership administration, obtain in-depth information, and submit complaints regarding the JKN program without having to travel long distances to branch offices. This program also marks the successful conclusion of the board of directors' 100-day work agenda, with an accumulative performance achievement of 91.53 percent.

This success is also driven by a series of collaborative programs, including the integration of the P-Care system to support the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program and the utilization of an *intelligence claim* system to minimize potential inefficiencies. BPJS Kesehatan reaffirms its commitment to continuously provide fair and equitable health insurance for all Indonesian citizens, including beneficiaries of the contribution assistance scheme (PBI).
