The Magetan Regency Government has officially established a strategic collaboration with three vertical institutions to deliver digitally integrated Islamic civil law services. This step was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement at Pendapa Surya Graha on Thursday (23/7/2026).
The three institutions partnered by the Magetan Regency Government include the Religious Court (PA), the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag), and the Land Office (BPN) of Magetan Regency. This cross-sectoral synergy aims to build an information technology-based data integration system to eliminate bureaucratic barriers that have been considered difficult for the public.
The Regent of Magetan, Nanik Endang Rusminiarti, emphasized that inter-institutional administrative obstacles are often the main hurdle for citizens seeking justice, especially vulnerable groups such as women and children. Through this integrated system, legal services are expected to become faster, more transparent, and affordable.
In addition to providing more protection for vulnerable groups, this data integration also allows population administration updates to be carried out automatically following a legal decision. The system also includes the synchronization of religious and land data, which will facilitate the certification of waqf land and inheritance rights in the Magetan region.
