Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali officially held its inaugural 'Infinity Cocktail Festival' on Friday, July 3, 2026. Located at The Infinity Sunset Bar, the event successfully attracted hundreds of visitors, ranging from domestic to international tourists eager to enjoy the sunset atmosphere at Jimbaran Bay.
The event, which started at 5:00 PM WITA, offered various exciting experiences for guests. While enjoying the tunes from the DJ Sunset Session, visitors were treated to handcrafted artisan cocktails and a variety of canapés. For guests opting for the BBQ + Cocktail Pass package, an All You Can Eat service featuring fresh seafood and premium meats was also available.
The excitement continued to escalate as night fell, highlighted by live band performances, DJ sets, and a captivating Modern & Fire Dance show by the ocean. Yana Arya, representing Marketing and Branding at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran, stated that the festival was initiated to fulfill the demand for lifestyle destinations in the Jimbaran area, which previously had limited options compared to other parts of Bali.
Addressing accessibility challenges from bustling city centers, the hotel remains optimistic that the success of this first event serves as a strong foundation to make the festival an annual tradition. Furthermore, Food and Beverage Manager Hogi Widjaya introduced a special cocktail menu item named 'Brieflow' to enrich the beverage selection for guests.
Looking ahead, the hotel management hopes the Infinity Cocktail Festival will consistently attract tourists while strengthening Jimbaran's reputation as an entertainment and culinary hub on the Island of the Gods. Currently, The Infinity Sunset Bar has also expanded its regular programming by introducing BBQ Nights every weekend alongside daily live music performances.
