Bhabinkamtibmas personnel from the Manggarai District Police have once again demonstrated their dedication to providing security services to the public. On Thursday (2/7/2026), they carried out intensive security measures at the Economy and Business Festival held in the courtyard of the STIE Karya Ruteng campus, Carep Village, Manggarai Regency.
The event, which began at 16:00 WITA, involved Police Brigadier (Bripka) Bonaventura Laba and Bripka M. Alif Jafrin. Both collaborated with local Transportation Agency officers to ensure the entire series of events, from MSME bazaars to economic discussions, ran orderly and remained conducive for both visitors and participants.
As a precautionary measure, officers closely monitored the entrance area, evacuation routes, and directed traffic around the campus area. The main focus of this security detail was to prevent traffic congestion and minimize potential security disruptions in public areas crowded with members of the academic community and the general public.
Alongside their duties, the Bhabinkamtibmas personnel also actively interacted with residents using a persuasive approach. They urged the public to maintain order and security, reminding visitors to remain vigilant about their belongings, keep the area clean, and adhere to rules set by the committee to create a comfortable event environment.
The collaboration between the police, the Transportation Agency, and the campus organizers received positive appreciation from the public. This synergy reflects the commitment of the Manggarai District Police to present the National Police (Polri) as a humane protector and guardian in every community activity, ensuring that the entire series of events concluded safely and smoothly.
