PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has officially launched its newest application, PosAja UMKM, on the Google Play Store. This strategic step was taken as part of the state-owned logistics enterprise's commitment to accelerating digital transformation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) while strengthening the national logistics supply chain.

Released on June 4, 2026, this application is specifically designed to simplify the daily business management of entrepreneurs more efficiently. Through this one-stop platform, users can independently manage various operational needs, ranging from creating online stores and managing product inventory to processing consumer transactions.

Senior Vice President of Retail Business at PT Pos Indonesia, Helly Siti Halimah, explained that this application can be accessed free of charge, with no registration fees or monthly administrative deductions. This feature is intentionally provided so that business owners can enjoy maximum profit margins. Additionally, the application accommodates various payment systems, including Cash on Delivery (COD).

The main advantage of this platform lies in its direct integration with Pos Indonesia's national distribution network. MSME owners no longer need to visit the post office to ship ordered goods; instead, they can simply utilize the practical pickup service feature directly from their mobile devices.

With the integration of a real-time transaction monitoring dashboard, all business activities can now be monitored at any time. Pos Indonesia hopes this innovation will boost the competitiveness and operational efficiency of local businesses, making them more competitive in the digital era.
