PT Pudjiadi & Sons Tbk (PNSE) has officially announced the divestment of a fixed asset in the form of a 23,951-square-meter plot of land located in Bali. This material transaction was carried out through its majority-owned subsidiary, PT Bali Realtindo Benoa (BRB).
In an official statement submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the asset was transferred to PT Berkat Benoa Propertindo (BBP) with a transaction value reaching IDR 89.81 billion. This sale and purchase process is part of a larger agreement covering a total land area of 42,644 square meters, which is being gradually finalized through a series of sale and purchase deeds under the supervision of a local notary in early July 2026.
Director of PT Pudjiadi & Sons Tbk, Ariyo Tejo, explained that this divestment step was taken to strengthen the company's financial position by increasing current assets. The proceeds from the sale will later be allocated to support expansion strategies and business diversification into sectors deemed to offer more optimal yield potential for the company in the future.
To date, management remains committed to operating the company in accordance with applicable regulations. They also emphasized that they will promptly provide updates to the public if there are significant developments regarding the company's next strategic investment steps.
