The Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Mataram Baru District demonstrated a tangible commitment to supporting national health programs through a strategic collaboration with the Mataram Baru Puskesmas (Community Health Center). This initiative took the form of free health check-up services held at the KUA Mataram Baru Marriage Hall on Thursday (July 9, 2026), coinciding with the celebration of Lebaran Yatim.
To ensure optimal service quality, the health center deployed six professional medical personnel to the location. The general public, invited guests, and the extended KUA family received direct access to blood pressure tests, blood sugar checks, and medical consultation sessions. This service focused on preventive measures for the early detection of potential diseases.
Head of KUA Mataram Baru District, H. Kasbolah, expressed deep appreciation for the cross-sectoral synergy. According to him, this collaboration is a concrete form of support from religious institutions for priority government programs aimed at improving public health standards at the sub-district level.
Furthermore, H. Kasbolah urged the community to make health a main priority in daily life. He emphasized that prime physical condition is a fundamental asset for citizens to worship, work, and build harmonious, quality families.
