The Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office, Febrie Adriansyah, has finally spoken out in response to various speculations circulating on social media. He firmly denied any connection to the alleged ownership of a business in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, and dismissed rumors regarding his resignation from the strategic position.
Regarding the investigation process involving other law enforcement agencies, Febrie stated his cooperative stance. He emphasized that he will respect the entire ongoing legal process, while hoping that inter-agency synergy can bring clarity to the situation that is currently in the public spotlight.
Febrie also provided clarification regarding the ownership of a house asset in Sentul that had become a topic of discussion. He admitted that the residence is indeed his private property, but strongly dismissed various wild speculations regarding the discovery of money at the location. He guaranteed that all the assets he owns can be accounted for transparently.
Amidst the pressure of the rumors hitting him, Febrie emphasized that he is still performing his main duties with full responsibility. He is currently focused on completing the case files for priority cases of public concern, in accordance with the directives he received to be brought to trial in the near future.
