The Ogan Ilir Regency Government, through its local Health Office, is fully committed to boosting the quality of medical services for residents by launching three innovative programs. This strategic step is designed to expand access to early disease detection, strengthen the internal coordination of healthcare facilities, and oversee the implementation of national priority programs at the local level.
The first innovation introduced is the Free Public Health Check, or CEKGRAMAS. This program facilitates medical examinations free of charge for all age groups, from newborns to the elderly. Medical personnel from community health centers (puskesmas) are deployed directly to various corners of the sub-districts to bring services closer and facilitate regular health screening.
To optimize internal governance, the OBRAL BJ MAS program (Chatting with the Puskesmas Network) was also introduced. This innovation serves as a platform for communication and regular evaluation between the Health Office and community health centers across the Ogan Ilir region. This forum is utilized to monitor medical program targets while formulating rapid solutions to challenges encountered in the field.
Meanwhile, to guarantee food quality for the national program, the SIPHASTI MBG system (Integrated Food Safety and Sanitation Hygiene Supervision System for MBG Kitchens) was launched. This innovation strictly monitors compliance with sanitation standards in kitchens providing the Free Nutritious Meal Program. This data-driven supervision covers water cleanliness, food handlers, and meal quality to ensure full health protection for the beneficiary children.
Through the implementation of these three innovations, the Ogan Ilir Health Office is optimistic about creating a public service ecosystem that is more responsive, accountable, and directly impacts improving the health status of the community in the region.
