Property sector issuer PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk (WINR) has taken a strategic step in transforming its business model. The company has officially acquired a 60% stake in PT Laxo Global Akses, an internet service provider (ISP) company, to build a more stable foundation for recurring income.

President Director of WINR, Liu Yut Men, explained that the acquisition agreement was signed on July 3, 2026. This decision is deemed crucial to maintaining the company's financial stability amid the property market's frequent volatility. By holding a majority control in the ISP company, WINR now has a new instrument to diversify cash flows outside of conventional property asset sales.

The synergy between the property sector and digital services is expected to provide significant value-add for consumers. WINR plans to offer bundling packages in the form of smart connectivity facilities in every property unit marketed. This move is believed to enhance the competitiveness of the company's projects compared to competitors who only offer residential products without integrated digital infrastructure support.

PT Laxo Global Akses itself is a well-established player in its industry, with an operational network spanning 30 major cities in Indonesia. Currently, the company serves more than 100 corporate clients, various government institutions, and has a retail customer base of over 10,000 users. This broad expansion potential is expected to contribute positively to WINR's investment performance in the future.

This expansion move complements the positive performance recorded by the company in 2025. Previously, WINR reported a 62.79% surge in revenue, with total revenue reaching IDR 51.28 billion, a significant increase compared to the previous year's acquisition of IDR 31.50 billion.
