PT MNC Tourism Indonesia Tbk (KPIG) recorded a positive financial performance throughout the first half of 2026. The company successfully generated total revenue of IDR 1.113 trillion, growing significantly by 15.5 percent compared to the same period in the previous year, which was recorded at IDR 963.9 billion.

This solid growth was primarily supported by the performance of the hospitality and tourism services business line, which includes the management of hotels, resorts, and golf courses. This sector contributed revenue of IDR 570.7 billion, representing a 22.2 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase, while accounting for 51.3 percent of the company's accumulated revenue.

In addition to the hospitality line, revenue derived from property management, office space rentals, apartment units, and other services also showed a positive trend. This supporting sector managed to bag IDR 542.4 billion, or grew by 9.1 percent compared to the achievement in the first semester of last year.

On the profitability side, KPIG reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of IDR 162.2 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 14.6 percent. Meanwhile, the recorded net profit reached IDR 341.3 billion, reflecting a quite thick net profit margin of around 30.7 percent.

The company's balance sheet condition also showed an increasingly healthy structure until the end of June 2026. Total assets of KPIG were observed to have increased by 1.9 percent to IDR 36.7 trillion. On the other hand, the company managed to reduce total liabilities by 6.7 percent to IDR 6.7 trillion, while equity grew by 4 percent to reach IDR 29.9 trillion compared to its position at the end of 2025.
