The Lang Son Provincial Government has officially introduced the Document Management System for Businesses as a strategic step to accelerate digital transformation in the private sector. This initiative is a manifestation of the central government's policy to support innovation, operational efficiency, and the enhancement of a more competitive investment climate for business owners in the region.
This new system is designed to streamline enterprise document management workflows while strengthening electronic data exchange connectivity with government agencies through the province's Document Interconnection Platform. To facilitate the adoption of this technology, businesses will be granted free software access during an initial 12-month trial period.
As a step toward sustainability, the Department of Science and Technology, alongside the Provincial Business Association, signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the 2026–2030 period. The main focus of this collaboration includes developing digital human resources, applying artificial intelligence, e-commerce practices, and protecting intellectual property to strengthen the local startup ecosystem.
The Lang Son Provincial Government emphasized the importance of inter-agency synergy to ensure the system operates stably and securely. The business community is encouraged to proactively adapt to digital technologies to enhance management capacity and productivity, which is ultimately expected to become the primary driver of the region's future digital economic growth.
