PT RANS Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk (RANS), a company founded by couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, has finally spoken out regarding negative rumors affecting their business. The company's management firmly denied involvement in money laundering practices that had circulated wildly among capital market players.

President Commissioner of RANS, Darwin Cyril Nurhadi, emphasized that all stages of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) complied with strict regulations set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). According to him, every prospective issuer must undergo a deep and transparent verification process, including reviewing underwriter documents spanning hundreds of pages.

Cyril stressed that the money laundering allegations have no factual basis and are mere rumors. He highlighted information transparency as the company's main commitment since going public. As proof of professional governance, he referred to the investment from PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) in 2021 as a form of validation of institutional investors' confidence in the company's valuation.

Regarding financial performance, RANS recorded significant growth with its market cap reaching IDR 2.87 trillion, up from its IPO valuation of IDR 2.14 trillion. President Director of RANS, Nagita Slavina, fully supported this explanation, stating that data-based clarification from the board of commissioners is the most objective step to maintain public and investor confidence in the company's future.
