Preventive efforts to maintain the vision health of elderly citizens continue to be intensified in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. On Sunday (5/7/2026), the Pontianak City Health Office, in collaboration with the Indonesian Ophthalmologist Association (Perdami) of West Kalimantan region, successfully organized a free eye examination event for local residents.

The service, which focused on citizens aged 50 and above, took place in the courtyard of the Pontianak City Health Office.
