A community service team from the State Finance Polytechnic (PKN) STAN, consisting of Budi Waluyo, Rido Parulian Pandjaitan, and Bagas Johantri, officially provided intensive assistance to the Public Service Agency (BLU) Cultural Heritage Museum (MCB) on May 26, 2026. This initiative is a concrete effort by the academic community to strengthen state financial governance within BLU institutions.

The Strategic Business Plan (RSB) is positioned as a crucial roadmap for BLU in establishing policy directions for the next five years. This document includes comprehensive guidance on program development, improving public service quality, and achieving financial independence. With measurable planning, the institution is expected to mitigate financial risks while optimizing human resource development and strategic investments.

The mentoring process was conducted through a series of systematic stages, starting from an in-depth review of the draft document to a face-to-face Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in the MCB meeting room. The discussion forum involved MCB leadership, including the Head of the Museum, Heads of Divisions, and the Internal Control Unit (SPI), to align the draft's substance with applicable regulations and sound business practice standards.

The collaboration resulted in formulating various points for improvement, both in terms of content and format of the RSB document. Additionally, the PKN STAN team shared technical insights on the document submission process to ensure a smoother and more effective approval process by the Ministry of Finance.

Successful financial management at the BLU level has a broad impact, given the flexibility of the agency in setting service tariffs for the public. Through this synergy, MCB is expected to manage state finances based on effective, efficient, and economical principles, ultimately delivering tangible benefits for the preservation of cultural heritage and superior public service delivery.
