PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk officially began a new chapter in its business journey by listing its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday (10/7/2026). This strategic move successfully raised fresh funds amounting to IDR 429.25 billion, projected to strengthen the company's position in the creative industry and the development of various intellectual property (IP) assets.
In the offering, the company released 2.525 billion new shares to the public, representing 20.02 percent of the issued and fully paid-up capital. With an initial price of IDR 170 per share, investor enthusiasm proved extremely high, marked by an oversubscription phenomenon from nearly one million investors during the public offering period.
President Director of RANS, Nagita Slavina, emphasized that this corporate action reflects the company's commitment to optimizing the potential of the creative industry in Indonesia. According to her, the main focus moving forward is to transform creativity into professionally managed business entities to deliver sustainable economic value and create broader employment opportunities.
The allocation of IPO proceeds has been detailed to support RANS's various business lines. The largest portion, approximately 37.61 percent, will be used for concert organization. The remainder will be allocated to the acquisition of PT Rans Kosmetika Indonesia, the development of the Cipungland theme park attraction, investments in artificial intelligence (AI) technology, as well as strengthening working capital for other business units.
Since its founding in 2016, RANS has transformed from a mere digital content channel into a creative ecosystem spanning advertising, consumer products, and the technology sector. With a track record of collaboration with more than 300 renowned brands, RANS now looks ahead to long-term growth prospects as a public company rooted in innovation and creative content development.
