In commemoration of the silver anniversary of its journey in the creative industry, Inter Model Management Jakarta has officially launched the Asian Ethnic Got Talent event. This competition serves as a stage for young talents from various Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Timor-Leste, the Philippines, Thailand, and Brunei Darussalam, to compete in modeling, vocals, and dance.

More than just a talent show, this event carries a mission of preserving cultural identity. Jefri Syaiful, the initiator of the event, emphasized that participants are encouraged to showcase the rich cultural heritage of their respective countries through traditional performances and ethnic attire, such as batik, tenun (woven fabric), and songket. This step aims to enhance the younger generation's appreciation for local cultural treasures on the international stage.

The competition involves a panel of judges from various countries to ensure professional and cross-cultural evaluation standards. Beyond competing for the championship titles, the finalists gain golden opportunities to launch their careers in the entertainment industry. The prizes prepared are highly diverse, ranging from music recording projects for vocal category winners, opportunities to cover fashion magazines, to casting access in renowned production houses.

As a concrete form of support for the participants' career development, the organizers also provide promotional platforms through podcast shows and casting sessions for soap operas (sinetron). In the future, this event is expected to continue growing by embracing more participation from other countries, while strengthening creative industry collaboration networks in the Southeast Asian region.
