PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), through its subsidiary PT Graha Buana Cikarang, continues to strengthen its position in the commercial property sector by relying on the Jababeka Bizpark project. This initiative is designed as a flexible multifunctional warehousing facility to meet the increasingly dynamic space requirements of logistics, e-commerce, and office business operators.
To date, the project, which was launched last year, has successfully recorded sales of 270 units. With prices ranging from IDR 1.65 billion to IDR 2.5 billion per unit, the company is currently in the process of handing over the properties to owners. The 'multipurpose building' concept allows these units to practically switch functions, ranging from content studios for online merchants to operational spaces for restaurants.
Director of PT Graha Buana Cikarang, Ivonne Anggraini, explained that Jababeka Bizpark serves as a strategic solution for entrepreneurs requiring business spaces on a more efficient scale. Although its contribution to total marketing sales remains relatively small compared to large industrial land sales, this project is considered crucial in accommodating the needs of early-stage business operators or supporting companies.
Seeing future growth potential, the developer is committed to continuously enhancing facilities around the Jababeka Bizpark area, including plans to build the Jababeka Factory Outlet. Additionally, the company is focusing its attention on the development of Jababeka 9, which is projected to be the final phase of the overall Jababeka industrial area.
Although this year's marketing sales target is set at IDR 1.8 trillion, management has not yet detailed current realization figures or specific contributions from each project. The primary focus remains on completing regional development and optimizing adaptive business space solutions tailored to modern market developments.
