Dyson has reaffirmed its position in the luxury home appliance segment with the launch of the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI. As the British company's most advanced robot vacuum cleaner line, this device combines artificial intelligence with a precise cleaning system to meet the needs of modern homes.

One of the main selling points is the use of Dyson's signature cyclone technology in the dust emptying system at the docking station. Unlike competitors that generally use disposable dust bags, this system utilizes centrifugal force to separate dirt, so users are no longer burdened with additional operating costs for replacement parts.

For navigation and obstacle detection, Dyson embeds a camera system combined with green LED lighting. The entire room mapping process and object recognition, such as cables or toys scattered on the floor, are performed autonomously on-device to maintain user data privacy.

The mopping feature on this device also receives an innovative touch through the use of a roller mop mechanism. This component is equipped with a self-cleaning system using hot water at 60 degrees Celsius and warm air drying, and it can automatically lift up when detecting carpet surfaces to keep them dry.

Despite offering twice the suction performance of the 360 Vis Nav series, the device—priced at IDR 18.8 million—has a body height of around 10 centimeters, which may require sufficient clearance under furniture. Its arrival intensifies competition in the high-end robot vacuum market in Indonesia, directly competing with established players such as Dreame and Ecovacs.
