SanDisk is now at the forefront of the global memory industry after starting mass production of BiCS10 technology. This innovation is claimed to increase bit density by up to 59 percent, a significant leap projected to mitigate operational risks before the company enters the full-scale commercialization stage.

The success of this technology is reflected in the company's impressive financial performance, where the data center sector recorded sequential revenue growth of more than 230 percent. This increase in demand is specifically driven by the urgent need for storage capacity for AI inference, KV cache, and the utilization of enterprise-class SSDs.

In addition to technical advantages, SanDisk has also secured its long-term financial position by signing five multi-year agreements. These strategic contracts have a minimum revenue value of up to 42 billion US dollars, with financial guarantees of 11 billion US dollars providing better cash flow stability.

Although SanDisk's forward price-to-earnings ratio valuation is currently higher than competitors like Micron, market analysts view this as a reflection of the company's much more stable business model. Unlike conventional memory manufacturers, SanDisk's operating model is considered less vulnerable to volatile economic cycles, making it an attractive choice for investors seeking certainty amid the rapid development of the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
