PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) officially began a new chapter as a public company after completing its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (10/7/2026). The inauguration ceremony was attended directly by national businessman Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad, affectionately known as Haji Isam, who pressed the ceremonial button as a symbol of full support for the company's expansion steps.

RANS Founder Raffi Ahmad revealed that Haji Isam's presence was not merely an investment formality. For Raffi, Haji Isam is a mentor figure who has provided a great deal of strategic guidance in navigating his business career. Currently, Haji Isam holds approximately a 1 percent stake in RANS, a move that Raffi described as proof of great trust in the future of the nation's creative industry.

In addition to moral support, the presence of strategic investors like Haji Isam and the Emtek Group sends a strong signal to the market regarding RANS's business fundamentals. Emtek Group Managing Director Sutanto Hartono emphasized that his company's involvement in RANS since 2021 was based on long-term growth potential. According to him, RANS possesses a competitive advantage in converting creativity into economic value, particularly through the development of intellectual property (IP) in the entertainment and sports sectors.

Sutanto added that RANS's business model, which focuses on creating quality IP, shares similarities with the global entertainment ecosystem. The company's ability to monetize content and manage large-scale events serves as a convincing foundation for investors. Through this corporate action, RANS is optimistic about strengthening its organizational structure and expanding its business reach to achieve sustainable growth for shareholders.
