The Primary Care Integration (ILP) program through Posyandu Nusa Indah in Tempeh Tengah Village, Lumajang, successfully generated high enthusiasm from the local community. A total of 133 residents across various age groups visited Krajan Timur Hamlet on Thursday (9/7/2026) to access comprehensive health check-ups provided by the village government and medical staff.
Collected data shows a diverse range of beneficiaries, including 50 toddlers, 37 adults, 45 elderly citizens, and one pregnant woman. All participants received integrated services in a single location, ranging from physical measurements, routine health screenings, nutritional monitoring, to immunizations and comprehensive medical consultations.
Tempeh Tengah Village Health Post (Poskesdes) nurse, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, emphasized that the presence of Posyandu ILP is not merely a medical routine, but an empowerment strategy. Through this facility, residents receive continuous education on the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) as well as balanced nutrition to prevent disease risks early on.
The success of this program is the fruit of a synergistic collaboration between the Tempeh Tengah Village Government, posyandu cadres, and professional health workers. This synergy is designed to bring health services closer to the grassroots level, providing the community with more efficient and targeted access to maintain their health quality before falling ill.
With this program running regularly, it is hoped that the culture of early detection at the village level will continue to strengthen. The main focus moving forward remains on building collective awareness so that every resident can actively participate in creating a more productive, healthy, and quality community environment.
